Hyklinks is run by Hykvra Studio. You can browse the whole directory without an account. This page covers what we keep when you sign up, and what analytics we run.
If you create a free kit
We keep only what you give us:
- Your email address, used to send sign-in links. It's never shown publicly, and we never send newsletters.
- Your product profile: name, website, descriptions, logo and the other fields you fill in.
- Your tracker: which directories you submitted to, their status, your notes and the listing URLs you paste.
When you mark a listing as live, our crawler opens that one URL to check it links to your product, and re-checks it about once a month.
What's public
Nothing, unless you turn on a public page in your profile. Then your product's name, link, descriptions, logo and its verified listings appear on Showcase. Your email and notes never do. Turn the page off and it disappears.
Counts on directory pages, such as how many members are live there, never say who.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages help people. Visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland, or wherever we can't tell the country, are asked first and nothing loads until they accept. Everyone else can decline at any time.
Clarity blocks out everything on your kit pages in recordings. We've turned off Google Analytics' collection of user-provided data such as email addresses, and we use no advertising cookies.

Who processes it
We don't sell or rent data. These services handle it for us:
- Supabase stores accounts, profiles and trackers.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps short-lived request logs, including IP addresses, for security.
- Resend delivers sign-in emails.
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) and Microsoft (Clarity) run analytics, under the consent rules above.
Deleting your data
Email contact@checkseo.dev from the address you sign in with, and we'll delete your account, profile and tracker within 30 days. You can also ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
