We submitted checkseo.dev here on 2026-10-13. It's still in review, and this page will update when it goes live or gets rejected.
Step by step, with the traps we hit
- Account: required before step 1 ("sign in for free submission").
- Steps: enter the tool URL, then a 5-step wizard:
- Basics: the site auto-fills the name, tagline and description from your page. Fix them.
- Classification: Categories\, Pricing\, Audience\, Platform, Usage model\** ("Per-Request")
- Branding: Showcase image\ (16:9), Icon (auto-fetched), Company\, Country, Tags (auto), Platforms
- Technical: optional; auto-fill invented "OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic" integrations and a random YouTube video. Clear both.
- Final: toggles (open source, demo, GDPR, NSFW) and the contact email, then Submit.
- After submitting: "In Review" on
/dashboard, plus paid launch packages ($99 and $169) offered. - Fit: AI-focused; we pitched the AI Crawler Checker tool page, not the homepage.
