Step by step, with the traps we hit

How: a pull request adding one line to the right section (an SEO tester would go under Testing, alphabetical; e.g. seotest.me and checkbot.io are there) and filling in the PR template, ticking every box.
Rules (from CONTRIBUTING.md and the PR template):
"If you open a Pull Request that was written using AI or does not use this form we will close it without reviewing it."
They do not accept "generic developer 'toolbox' sites — format converters, calculators etc."
The service must be SaaS with a real free tier, useful to infrastructure and DevOps developers.
Implication for the database: this is a human-only submission. The maker must write the PR in their own words. A multi-tool site risks the "toolbox" rejection, so pitch one specific, developer-relevant capability.
Not submitted for CheckSEO (as of 2026-10-13) because of the AI-written PR rule.
